04. Fundamental Rules
To guarantee that the case file remains fair, secure, and immutable, the system operates under these strict rules:
1. No Moderation of Truth
No platform administrator can delete a claim for political or historical reasons. These controls do not constitute editorial validation of the truth of the file content.
2. Zero Tolerance and Security
The platform enforces zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, malware, automated spam, and material that unnecessarily exposes victims, minors, or witnesses.
3. Technical Protection Limits
The platform may apply rate limits, automated spam analysis, anti-bot challenges, processing queues, file validation, malware filtering, size controls, and preventive suspension of abusive uploads. These controls are not intended to judge historical truth, but rather to protect the availability, security, and economic sustainability of the system.
4. Full Publication Rule
Partial publications, secret evidence, or encrypted testimonies are not permitted. If you choose to contribute to the case file, everything you upload will be readable by the general public.
5. Truth is not Decreed, it is Built
Reliability does not depend on "who" publishes (since everyone is anonymous), but on the strength of the evidence, metadata, and how that record survives disputes from other users over time.
